12 Garlic cloves.peeledcrushed
3/4 c Honey
3 tb Brandy
1 tb Lemon juice
In a small sauce pan, combine garlic and honey. Cook over low heat 15
minutes. Stir in brandy and lemon juice. Let stand until cool and
strain into jar. Makes
