Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 lb Liver; ground 2 Eggs; well beaten
1 Medium onion; minced 2 tb Parsley; chopped
2 tb Butter 1 tb Flour
1/4 lb Raw spinach
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into small balls. Drop into
