Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2/3 c Oil 3/4 c Nutmeats
1 c Brown sugar 1 1/2 c Flour
1/2 c Egg beaters 2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Vanilla ds Salt
Mix oil and dry ingredients and spread in an 8" square pan, sprayed with
non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350 deg f or until
surface will spring back when pressed lightly. Cool and then cut in bars,
2" square. Makes 16 squares.
