Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 1/2 c Sifted flour Coffee mill
3 oz Yeast cube 2 tb Fresh oregano
1/4 c Warm water 1 tb Fresh rosemary
1 Egg 1 Garlic clove
1 ts Salt Plastic wrap

Dissolve yeast in small amount of the water. Grind fresh oregano,
rosemary and garlic in the coffee mill. Combine ingredients as you
would for making a dough, let rise in a bowl covered with plastic
wrap. Punch down and work more flour in for about 2 minutes. Tease
out into pizza round. Let rest 8 to ten minutes and then bake at 500~
for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from the oven and flip over. Top your
pizza.
