1 c Water; 1/4 c Raisins;
1 1/2 oz Grape-nuts cereal; 1 ts Vanilla extract;
1 tb Quick cooking tapioca; + 6 ts Brown sugar; firmly packed
1 ts Quick cooking tapioca; Ground cinnamon;
1/4 ts Maple extract;
Combine all ingredients except cinnamon in the top of a double boiler over
boiling water. Cook, stirring, until mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with cinnamon, serve warm
