Main Ingredients:
4 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. water
2 tsp. cold cream
Food coloring
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
In 4 small bowls mix together 1 tsp. cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon water, and 1/2 teaspoon cold cream. Add about 2 drops of desired food coloring to each bowl. Mix well. Makeup may be applied with paint brush or cotton swab. Wash with soap and water to remove.
