Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Cucumber slices
2 c Broccoli flowerets
2 c Cauliflower pieces
1/4 c Green onion slices
1 Green pepper, cut in slices
8 oz Bottle of Italian dressing
Combine vegetables and toss lightly. Marinate in dressing in
refrigerator overnight. Drain, reserving marinade. Serve in
lettuce-lined bowl with reserved marinade. Randy Rigg
