Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 Lime
1/2 c Miracle Whip Light Dressing
2 tb Milk
1 tb Honey
2 c Packed fresh spinach leaves
2 c Packed Boston lettuce
2 c Halved strawberries
1 cn (284mL) Mandarin oranges
Grate rind and sqeeze juice from lime. Combine rind, lime juice,
dressing, milk and honey. Cover and chill. Toss remaining ingredients
in a large bowl; drizzle with dressing mixture.
