Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 md Zucchini 2 t Dried basil
10 fl Oz ff plain yoghurt x Salt and fresh ground black
1 Clove garlic (or more) Pepper to taste
1 T Lemon juice
Just liquidize the whole lot and serve. It's also great on baked
potatoes.
