Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Chopped Onion 1 lb Hamburger
2 ts Salt 8 oz Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Clove Minced Garlic 2 tb Flour
4 ts Pepper Parsley
4 c Butter 1 c Sour Cream
8 oz Can Mushrooms
Saute' onion and garlic in butter over medium heat. Stir in meat and brown.
Stir in flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms cook 5 minutes. Stir in soup,
simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream, heat through. Garnish
with parsley. Serve on noodles or rice.
