Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 lb Ground beef 2 tb Cornstarch
2/3 c Graham cracker crumbs 1/2 c Brown sugar
1/3 c Minced onion 1/3 c Vinegar
1/4 ts Ginger 1 tb Soy sauce
1 ts Salt 1/3 c Chopped green pepper
1 Egg 13 1/2 oz Can of crushed pineapple
1/4 c Milk

Mix ground beef, cracker crumbs, onion, ginger, salt, egg, and milk
and make into 1 inch balls. Brown and place in a baking dish. Mix
cornstarch, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and green pepper. Cook
over medium heat until thickened. Add crushed pineapple plus juice.
Heat and pour over meatballs. Heat thoroughly and serve. Randy Rigg
