Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

---------------------MAKES: 2 1/4 CUPS--------------------------
3/4 c Firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 c Light corn syrup
3/4 c Sugar 2/3 c Whipping cream.
1/3 c Butter or margarine

Combine all ingredients except whipping cream in a saucepan. Cook over
medium heat, stirring, until mixture comes to a full boil. Cool 5
minutes; stir in whipping cream. Serve warm or divide into 3 3/4 cup
portions to prepare variations. Variations: Rum-Raisin: While still
warm, stir 1/4 cup raisins and 1/4 tsp rum extract into 3/4 cup sauce
Banana: Cool sauce completely. Cut a banana into cubes; stir into
