3 c Long-grain rice -- uncooked 2 ts Onion powder
6 ts Chicken bouillon -- instant 1/2 ts Garlic powder
Granules 1/4 ts Dried thyme
1/4 c Dried parsley -- flaked
Combine all ingredients in a storage container with a tight-fitting
lid. Yield 3 1/2 cups. Editor's Note: To Prepare rice as as a side
dish, combine 2 cups water and 1 tablespoon butter in a saucepan;
bring to a a boil. Stir in 1 cup mix. Reduce heat; cover and simmer
for 15 to 20 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
