Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
6 ea Servings -chilies
1 ea 16-oz can white hominy 1 c Grated Cheddar cheese
1 c Sour cream Salt to taste
1 ea 4-oz can chopped green
Drain hominy and place in a saucepan. Add sour cream, chilies and
cheese and mix over low heat. Add salt. Place in an ungreased 1
quart casserole and bake uncovered at 375 F for 20 minutes. Colorado
