2 c Water 1 1/3 c Cottage cheese
1 c Blueberries or huckleberries 1 ts Lemon juice
1/2 ts Grated lemon rind 1/4 c Water
ds Salt
In saucepan combine water, berries, lemon rind and salt. Cook until
berries are very soft. Serve cold in bowls with "sour cream" topping.
To make "sour cream," combine remaining ingredients in blender
container and process until smooth. This can be served in buttermilk
or yogurt as an alternative to the "sour cream". *From Weight
