Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 Habaneros, seeded 1/4 c Powdered allspice
Chopped 3 tb Lime juice
7 Jalapenos, seeded chopped 2 tb Chopped scallions
2 oz Allspice berries 1 ts Ground cinnamon
OR 1 ts Ground nutmeg
Pound or puree all the ingredients to make a thick paste. Spread
paste over meat and marinate for 1 hour or longer before grilling.
