Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1/4 lb Lean ground beef (80% or
-90%)
1 sm Habanero, chopped
1/2 sm Onion, chopped
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/16 ts Thyme or to taste
1/16 ts Basil or to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients except habanero together. Add habanero to mixture
and mix well. Shape into a patty. Grill or broil until done as you
like. Note: You can substitute any spice or herbfor what you like.
Just before it's done, add thin slices of cheddar cheese for a cheese
burger. If doing on the grill cover with a pot lid until cheese
