Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 c Onion -- chopped
1 tb Garlic -- chopped
1 c Sweet pepper -- chopped
1/2 c Parsley -- dried
1 c Dry white wine
3 tb Vinegar
2 c Ketchup
1/4 c Honey
2 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Salt
3 tb Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ts Mint -- dried
1 tb Liquid Bar-B-Que Smoke®
1/2 tb Louisiana hot sauce
Place all ingredients in a pot that is big enough to hold them. Bring
to boil. Cook covered., on low heat for several hours.
