Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c flour
4 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 T shortening
1 egg
1 milk
Add 1 egg and enough milk to make a stiff dough as for biscuits.
Take by tablespoons and roll in flour. Place 1/2 inch apart on top of hot
sauerkraut. Let steam for 15 minutes.
