Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 Stick of margarine 1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1 c Sugar 1/4 ts Salt
1 c Flour 1 cn Unsweetened cherries
3/4 c Milnot 1/2 c Sugar
Place margarine in a deep dish, or 8 x 8 inch pan in the oven to
melt. Beat together sugar, flour, milk, baking powder and salt, to a
smooth batter. Pour over melted butter, do not stir. Empty cherries
and include the juice over batter and sprinle with 1/2 cup of sugar.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Randy Rigg
