Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

Vegetable cooking spray 4 ea Egg whites
1/4 c Graham cracker crumbs 1 ea Egg
16 oz Fat free cream cheese (NOT 1/3 c ReaLemon lemon juice from
-product in tub) -concentrate
1 cn Eagle Brand Fat Free or Low 1 ts Vanilla extract
-Fat Sweetened Condensed 1/3 c Unsifted flour
-Milk (NOT evaporated milk) 1 c Fresh assorted fruit

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Spray bottom of 8-inch springform pan
with cooking spray; sprinkle crumbs on bottom of pan. In mixer bowl,
beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand until
smooth. Add egg whites, egg, ReaLemon and vanilla; mix well. Stir
in flour. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until
center is set. Cool. Chill. Serve with fruit. Refrigerate leftovers.
