Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 Egg
1 pk Alba chocolate drink mix
1/2 c Applesauce
1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
2 pk Sweet Low artificial
-sweetener
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Spray 2 mini-loaf
pans with Pam and pour in batter. Bake at 350 for 18 min. Don't over
bake. Should be chewy.
EACH SERVING: 1P, 1B, 1/2M AND 14 CAL.
