Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 lb Bulk ltalian sausage 1 cn Beef broth -- 14-1/2 ounces
1 md Onion -- sliced 1 1/2 c Water
1 cn Whole tomatoes 2 md Zucchini
6 oz With liquid, chopped Cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 cn Garbanzo beans -- l5 ounces 1/2 ts Dried basil
Drained Grated Parmesan cheese

In a 3-qt. saucepan, cook sausage and onion; drain fat. Stir in
tomatoes, beans. broth. water, zucchini and basil. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until the zucchini is tender.
Sprinkle each serving with cheese. Yield: 6-8 servings (2 qts.)
