Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Green beans; drained
1 c Wax beans
1 c Kidney beans; washed and dr
1 x Sauce:
2 ea Garlic
1 c Wine vinegar
1/4 c Tarragon vinegar
1 c Wesson oil
1/4 c Olive oil
1 1/4 c Sugar
2 ts Italian seasoning; dry
1 ts Celery seed
Layer in a glass bowl: in between layers place thinly sliced Bermuda
or white onion slices. Blend on medium until thick, cover beans with
sauce and refrigerate for best results before serving.
