Serve this gentle version 3/4 c Teriyaki sauce
-of the Jamaican national 2 1/2 t Ground ginger
-barbecue the way Blue 1/2 t Salt
Jays Pitcher Mike Timlin 1/2 t Cayenne pepper
-and Wife Dawn do - with 2 ea Cloves garlic, minced
-rice a zesty mixed 3 1/2 lb Chicken parts
Green salad
In large bowl, stir together teriyaki sauce, ginger, salt, cayenne
pepper and garlic. Add chicken parts, turning to coat well. With
tongs, transfer chickend to greased rimmed baking sheet, skin side
down. Reserve sauce. Bake in 400F oven turnign once and basting often
with xauce, for about 45 minutes or until browned and juice run clear
when chicken is pierced. Makes 6 servings. Origin: Canadian Living,
