1 lb Nectarines, pitted cubed 1 tb Cider Vinegar
1/2 c Sweet Red Pepper, chopped 1/4 ts Salt
1/4 c Green Onions, thinly sliced 1/8 ts Black Pepper, ground
1/4 c Vegetable Oil(or LESS) Leaf Lettuce
2 tb Lime Juice
Combine nectarines, red pepper and onions in a small bowl. Whisk together
oil, lime juice, wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over nectarine
mixture. Refrigerate. Mound on lettuce to serve.
