Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3/4 c Mayonnaise 2 tb Chopped Onion
3 c Chopped Cooked 1/4 ts Salt
Chicken 11 oz Can, Mandarin
8 oz Edam Cheese, Orange slices
Cubed Drained
1 c Sliced Celery Lettuce
Combine mayonnaise, chicken, cheese, celery, onions and salt; mix
lightly. Fold in orange segments; chill. Spoon into lettuce-lined
bowl.
Serves: 4 to 6
