Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/3 c Orange juice 1/8 ts Pepper
2 tb Light brown sugar 1 cn (8-1/4 oz.) slices beets,
1 tb Butter or margarine ; drained
1/2 ts Cornstarch 2 tb Golden raisins
1/8 ts Ground ginger Strips of orange peel
1/8 ts Salt
In a saucepan over medium heat, cook and stir orange juice, brown
sugar, butter, cornstarch, ginger, salt and pepper until thick. Add
the beets and raisins; heat through. Garnish with orange peel.
