Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 c Sliced or shredded cabbage 2 Carrots, shredded or
1/2 c Snow peas -julienned
1 Can chinese baby corn, 1/2 c Green onions, diced
-drained and rinsed Any other veggies you'd
1 Can water chestnuts, -like, such as red bell
-drained and rinsed -pepper

--------------------------DRESSING-------------------------------
1/4 c Mirin (sweet rice wine) 1 ts Chinese chili paste or
2 tb Soy sauce -some hot pepper flakes

Add sauce to veggies and let marinate for about an hour. Serve with
pitas or rice.
