1 cn Water crestnuts(sliced) 1/4 lb Bacon (fried and crumbled)
1 cn Bean sprouts(drained)
--------------------------DRESSING-------------------------------
1/2 c Oil 1/4 c Sugar
1/8 c White vinegar 1 t Salt
1/2 c Med. onion 3 t Ketchup
Blend dressing one day in advance.
