Main Ingredients:
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch
2 c. cold water
Food coloring
Liquid soap
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Mix all ingredients except food coloring in saucepan. Cook on low for 5 minutes. Cool. Add a few drops of food coloring and 1 or 2 drops of liquid soap. Paint on freezer paper (waxed side).
