See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
3/4 lb Mushrooms, medium to large 1 tb Parsley; chopped
2 tb Oil 1 tb Wheat germ
1 lg Garlic clove; minced 1/2 ts Oregano
1/4 c Onion; chopped 1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Fresh bread crumbs Pepper to taste
1/4 c Sunflower seed meal
Preheat oven to 400 deg. Remove stems from mushrooms and chop; set
caps aside. Heat 1 tbs oil in skillet.
Add chopped mushroom stems, garlic and onion. Fry for 5 minutes or
until dry. Add crumbs, seed meal, wheat germ and seasoning. Drizzle
remaining oil over stuffed mushrooms.
Bake for 10 minutes.
