12 Oysters, scrubbed, shucked 4 Fresh mushrooms, sliced and
-lightly rolled in cracker -sauted in butter
-crumbs 1 c Sour cream
2 T Butter 1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
1 t Fresh parsley, chop fine 1/2 t Dry mustard
1 t Finely chopped scallion 3 T Cognac, warm over hot water
Saute the oysters lightly in butter in a chafing dish or saucepan.
Add all other ingredients except cognac, and blend well. Pour in the
cognac and light it. When the flames die, mix the sauce again and
serve over fresh toats triangles.
