Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 Egg 1/8 ts Salt
3/4 c Sugar 1 ts Vanilla
2 tb Flour 1/2 c Chopped nuts
1 1/4 ts Baking powder 1/2 c Chopped apples
Beat egg; gradually add sugar and beat until smooth. Stir in flour,
sifted with baking powder; add vanilla, nuts and apples and mix well.
Bake in a shallow pie pan in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cut as pie and serve with whipped cream.
