Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 bn Cilantro, stems included
6 sm Yellow chiles, seeded
1 lg Pale green (Hungarian) chile
Seeded
1 bn Green onions, white and
Green parts included
1 c Mexican Crema
1/2 c Olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
Place all of the above ingredients in a blender. Blend until very
smooth. Use as a sauce over very hot, boiled, and skinned potatoes.
Yield: about 2 1/2 cups
