2 cn SW Candied Yams, drained -Sauce (16 oz)
-(18 oz; reserve 2 tb syrup) 2/3 c SW Shelled Walnuts,
2 cn SW Natural Style Peaches, -coarsely chopped
-drained (16 oz) Parlsey sprigs (opt)
1 cn SW Whole Berry Cranberry
In a large bowl, combine SW Candied Yams and SW Natural Style
Peaches. Blend SW Cranberry Sauce with the reserved syrup (from
yams); drizzle over yams and peaches. Add nuts; gently toss
ingredients to mix well. Spoon mixture evenely into a 9x13" baking
dish. Bake uncovered at 350'F. for 25-30 minutes, or microwave
uncovered on HIGH for 10-15 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Garnish
with parsley sprigs as desired.
