2 tb Olive oil 1 12" pizza crust
1 Red pepper -- slice rings 1 1/2 c Mozzarella; shred -- divide
1 Yellow pepper -- slice 1/4 lb Pepperoni -- slice thin
Rings 2 tb Parsley -- chopped
1 md Onion -- slice thin 1/2 ts Pepper
1/3 c Marinara sauce
Preheat oven to 450~. Heat oil and add peppers and onion; cook,
stirring occasionally, until tender 10 to 12 minutes. Spread sauce
over crust. Top with 1 cheese, veggies and pepperoni. Sprinkle 1/2 c
more cheese, parsley and pepper. Per Slice: 330 Cal, 18 Gr Fat.
