Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 ea Eggs 1 c Italian bread crumbs
1 Jar pizza sauce -- 14oz 1/4 ts Garlic salt
Divided 1/8 ts Pepper
1 c Mozzarella cheese -- 2 lb Ground beef, extra lean
Shredded 1/2 lb Italian sausage -- bulk

In a large bowl, beat eggs, Add 3/4 cup of pizza sauce, cheese, bread
crumbs, garlic salt and pepper; mix well. Combine beef and sausage;
add to egg mixture and mix well. Press into a 9x5x3 in. loaf pan.
Bake at 35o deg. for 1 1/4 hr. Drain. Spoon remaining pizza sauce
over meat loaf; bake 15 min. longer or until no pink remains. Let
stand 10 minutes bvefore slicing. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
