4 lb Coarse Ground Pork Butt 8 Cloves pressed garlic
1 lb Coarse Ground Beef Stew Meat 1/4 ts Ground Allspice
2 tb Coarsely Ground Pepper 3 1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Marjoram Leaves 1 c Cold Water

Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing or make
patties.
