Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

4 c Cooked turkey or chicken; 1 c Mayonnaise
-diced 2 ts Lemon juice
1 c Red Delicious apple; 1/2 ts Curry powder
-unpeeled and diced 11 oz Can mandarin oranges;
1 c Pecans; chopped -drained
15 1/4 oz Can pineapple tidbits; Lettuce leaves
-drained

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Combine
mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder; stir into turkey mixture.
Add mandarin oranges, and gently toss. Cover and chill. Serve on
lettuce leaves. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
