Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 Fresh Idaho potatoes, cut 2 Garlic cloves, minced
-into 1-inch pieces 1 ts Salt
2 md Onions, sliced 1/8 ts Pepper
2 tb Butter or margarine 1/8 ts Paprika
In 3-quart microwave-safe casserole combine all ingredients. Cover
loosely with plastic wrap; cook on High 15 to 20 minutes or until
potatoes and onions are tender, stirring several times. Let stand 5
minutes. Makes 6 servings.
