1 lb Ground beef 3 c Shredded lettuce
1/2 c Chopped onion SAUCE:
1/2 c Chopped green pepper 1/2 c Soy sauce
2 tb Worcestershire sauce 1/4 c Vinegar
2 tb Soy sauce 2 tb Worcestershire sauce
2 ts Garlic powder 1/2 ts Onion powder
1 ts Ground cumin 1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Italian seasoning 1/2 ts Italian seasoning
6 Pita breads, halved 1 ds Pepper
2 md Tomatoes, diced

In a skillet, brown beef, onion and green pepper; drain. Add
Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, cumin, and Italian
seasoning; mix well. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. In a small saucepan,
bring all the sauce ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer
for 5-10 minutes. Spoon meat mixture into pita halves; top with
sauce, tomatoes and lettuce.
