Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1/4 c Butter or margarine 1 c Evaporated milk
1 1/4 c Packed brown sugar 1/2 c Pecans -- toasted
16 lg Marshmallows 1 ts Vanilla extract
2 tb Light corn syrup Ice Cream
1 ds Salt

Melt butter in a saucepan. Add brown sugar, marshmallows, corn syrup
and salt. Cook and stir over low heat until marshmallows are melted
and mixture comes to a boil. Boil for 1 min. Remove from the heat;
cool for 5 min. Stir in evaporated milk, pecans and vanilla; mix
well. Serve warm or cold over ice cream. Store inthe refrigerator.
Yield: 2 1/2 cups
