Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

----------------PREP. TIME: 10 MINUTES, COOK---------------------
1 1/2 ts Spice Islands Thyme -black pepper
1 ts Spice Islands Cayenne pepper 3/4 ts Spice Islands Ground white
1 ts Spice Islands Garlic salt -pepper
1 ts Spice Islands Onion powder 4 ea Boneless chicken breasts
3/4 ts Spice Islands fine grind 2 T Butter or olive oil

In small bowl, combine herb and spices. Sprinkle herb and spice
mixture on both sides of the chicken breasts; press into meat.
Reserve. In large skillet, heat butter over medium-low heat. Cook
chicken in hot butter for 15 minutes; turn and cook for another 10
minutes or until cooked through. Serve with rice, if desired. From:
