2 c Diced tomatoes 2 c Cooked chicken chunks
2 tb Salad oil 1/4 c Raisins
1/2 c Chopped onion 1 ts Salt
1/2 c Green pepper,cut in 1/2" 1/2 ts Thyme leaves,crushed
-squares 1/2 c Water
1 ts Curry powder
In a large skillet heat oil until hot. Add onion and green pepper;
saute until tender, about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, chicken, raisins,
salt, thyme and water. Simmer, covered, until hot, about 5 minutes.
Serve over steamed rice, if desired.
