Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 sm head cabbage in med pieces
1 lb ground beef
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 c uncooked rice
1/2 ts salt
1/4 ts pepper
1 cn tomato soup
1 1/2 c water
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese --
: OR
: grated Romano cheese
Chop cabbage into medium size pieces. Spread in a 9x13" pan. Brown
ground beef and onion. Drain. Stir in rice, salt and pepper. Spoon
over cabbage. Heat tomato soup with water. Pour over all. Sprinkle
with grated cheese. Cover with foil. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 F.
Fluff with fork. Can Microwave on High for 20-30 minutes, covered
with plastic wrap.
