3 c Blueberries 1 1/2 c Biscuit mix
2 tb Liquid sucaryl 1/2 c Skim milk
2 tb Quick-cooking tapioca 1 ts Liquid sucaryl
3/4 c Water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Combine blueberries,the 2 tbsps
sucaryl,tapioca,and water; turn into a shallow 6 cup baking
dish.Combine biscuit mix,milk,and 1 tsp of sucaryl,mixing only until
flour is dampened.With spoon,form into 6 biscuits on top of the
berries.Bake 30 to 40 minutes,or until the biscuits are golden brown
and the berries bubbling hot.
