Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/4 c Walnuts, chopped
2 tb Honey
2 tb Apple juice
2 tb Butter
2 ea Peaches, diced
2 tb Brandy
1 pt Honey vanilla ice cream
In a saucepan, combine walnuts, honey, apple juice, butter and
peaches. Stir over low heat just until heated through; do NOT boil.
Remove from heat and add brandy. Spoon warm topping over individual
servings of ice cream. Serves 4
