Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Carrots, shredded
1/2 c Celery, chopped
1/2 c Apples, chopped
1/3 c Seedless raisins
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 c Mayonnaise
Combine carrots, apples, raisins and mix well. Add the salt and
mayonnaise. Chill and serve on nest of lettuce.
