Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 lb Round steak
2 lb Pork chops
5 Ribs celery, chopped
2 cn Chicken broth
Soy sauce
Bacon drippings or oil
1 lg Onion, chopped
2 cn Bean sprouts
2 Cloves garlic, minced
Small amount of flour
Hot steamed rice
Crackers

Cube and brown stak and chops. Sprinkle with flour while browning.
Saute chopped celery, onions and garlic in small amount of bacon
drippings or cooking oil. Add to meat and mix. Pour chicken broth
over and simmer 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Just before
serving, mix in bean sprouts and soy sauce to taste. Serve over hot
cooked rice and crackers.
